 - Encik. Adib has assigned me to write the project proposal for the newly developing product called 'ELIS' by Kodewave Sdn. Bhd. ''ELIS' is a web-based, Transformation License Management System, designed to streamline the entire licensing and permitting procedure by overcoming the inherent limitations of the current system and becoming more adaptable to the specific needs of various Local Government Authorities (PBTs). 

- The due time of 1 week has been given to complete this assignment.
