 - Due date to submit the draft of the Project Proposal (ELIS) to the supervisor of review.  - Rechecked the whole report for any spelling or grammatical mistakes. Fixed the alignment before submission.  - Had an online meeting with my fellow coworkers and Higher officials,  to discuss each person's work progress and what they had done yesterday and today. And also to know about their tomorrow's work plan. - Submitted the Proposal Report for ELIS Project to Encik. Adib.

 - Did deep learning about the other remaining topics on the project proposal report of 'ELIS'  such as User training and support, Data Privacy and Security, Estimated Budget, Evaluation and monitoring, Conclusion and the next step in the development of the project. - Completed the development of writing project proposal report on this day.

 - Work from Home - Continued to work and develop the Report of Project Proposal (ELIS)  - Developed the report writing on a few topics such as Objectives, Features and functions, Advantages, and Implementation Plan of the Project 'ELIS'

 - Working on the development of the Project proposal report for 'ELIS' project. - Studied the background, objectives, advantages, problems and solutions of this project, by getting a brochure from Super which explains the basic scopes and objectives of 'ELIS'. - Completed a few topics in the report such as Introduction (Meet Kodewave), Executive Summary, Background and Introduction (ELIS).  - I have started to work on the Project Proposal for 'ELIS'  - The Transformational License Management System, whose major objective is to improve the user experience for applicants, regulatory agencies and relevant stakeholders.  - I did my research regarding the current License and Permit Management System. - Identified the Project's Idea, Available sources and Community demand. - Learned more about ELIS's background and objectives from my supervisor and colleagues.

 - Encik. Adib has assigned me to write the project proposal for the newly developing product called 'ELIS' by Kodewave Sdn. Bhd. ''ELIS' is a web-based, Transformation License Management System, designed to streamline the entire licensing and permitting procedure by overcoming the inherent limitations of the current system and becoming more adaptable to the specific needs of various Local Government Authorities (PBTs).  - The due time of 1 week has been given to complete this assignment.

 - Helped my fellow interns in their report writing on User Requirement Specification (URS) for their internship project. - Attended their presentation on URS about the application they are planning to develop carefully.

 - Work from Home - Explored the application called Jira - the software application developed to track issues, manage projects and automate workflows. - Explored more about using PHP language along with Visual Studio Code.

- The Company supervisor Mr. Aidi Shakri provided guidance on the resources, tools and technologies that will be at my disposal during the project. we discussed any specific software, hardware or access requirements. - From my supervisor and Colleagues, I have learned that the Laravel Framework, PHP language and Visual Studio Code will be handled for the implementation of the application development.  - My supervisor instructed me to make myself familiarize more with Jira - a project tracking Software, which is widely used in Kodewave for making a weekly sprint, with the team members to complete a project by maintaining the estimated timeline for each task. 

 - Helped fellow interns in quality-checking their project's Entity Relationship Diagram with their User Requirements Report. - Had an Official Photoshoot with Employees and Interns of Kodewave along with Mr Adib - General Manager, Mr Aidi Shakri- CTO and Founder and with Mr Azmi Othman - CEO and Founder of Kodewave Sdn Bhd.

- Started the day by Collaborating with co-workers. - With the Supervisor Mr. Aidi, a few ideas about the Project's overall goals and objectives have been clarified. He also discussed how the project aligns with the company's strategic priorities and what specific outcomes are expected. - Discussed details about other interns' projects regarding the applications and software we need to use for coding. - Studied and understood the Project proposal and ERD of another ongoing project.

- I started my practicum journey as an intern in the development team of Kodewave Sdn Bhd, from 16th October 2023. - I had a brief meeting with Encik Adib Shahreen, General Manager of the Kodewave. He described the company's IT software development projects and consultancy services. Also briefed me about the vision and mission of this internship. He introduced me to my team members and other interns. A quick online meeting with all the team members of the company was held. During that meeting, the current and previous progress status of an ongoing project has been discussed. - After the lunch break, I had a meeting with Encik Mohd Aidi, the organization supervisor for this practicum. He described the scope of this practicum, the working style of the company, how to work on a project, the software we need to use, and the expected outcome.
