 - Continued working on the development of URS document for Queue Management System.  - Completed a few parts of the documentation such as business functional requirements, business function model and user list.

 - Started the day by continuing the work on the development of the URS document for the Queue Management system. - Successfully completed some parts of the documentation. Such as business management requirements, business architecture, and information architecture. 

 - Started working on the development of the User Requirement Specification document for Queue Management System. - Completed a few parts of the documentation such as the purpose of the system, scope of the system and system overview with a business overview diagram.

 - Public Holiday for Chinese New Year.

 - Had a meeting with Encik. Aidi regarding the Queue Management System project. - During the meeting, various things regarding the functionalities and working model of the system were discussed in detail. - Other details such as queueing methods, types of users, Database approach and functions of users have also been discussed.

 - Brainstormed many ideas regarding the product goals and also discussed the predicted obstacles during the development of the Queue Management System. - Performed some online research to find other similar systems and evaluated their advantages and drawbacks. - During the research, we have enlightened about the sectors and organizations, that have already implemented similar kinds of queue management systems in their daily operations.

 - Started working on the development of the User Requirement Specification (URS) for the Queue Management System. - Drafted the structure of the URS document and discussed it with my team member.

 - Our team for the Project "Queue Management System" started preparing for the Project proposal presentation to the CEO of Kodewave Sdn. Bhd.  - In the Afternoon, the presentation has been held to Encik. Azmi and Encik.Aidi. A few features of the system have been recommended to be included and modified for better development. - Encik.Azmi approved our proposal and instructed my team to move to the next phase of the system development and to start developing the User Requirement Specification (URS) document.

 - Work from Home.

 - Continued working on developing a Data Flow Diagram (DFD) for the SRS document of the Project and Daily-task Management System. - Completed developing the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Successfully.

 - Encik. Aidi instructed me and Syaeeda to prepare the content for the Project Proposal presentation about the Queue Management System. Our team needs to present this proposal to Mr. Azmi (CEO of Kodewave) and Mr. Aidi (CTO of Kodewave). - Our team discussed the contents that needed to be included in the proposal, then divided the work equally and started developing the slides. - Finished the slides for the presentation successfully.

 - Continued working on the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) of the Project and Daily-Task Management System.  - Discussion meetings for Project and Task Management have been held with other team members under the supervision of Encik.Aidi. - During this meeting, our team presented the Hierarchy of system functions and Use case diagram of our intern project to Encik Aidi and got his suggestions on modifying a few things. - Encik. Aidi assigned me and Syaeeda (Intern) to form a new group, and to brainstorm ideas regarding the features and functions of an upcoming project called "Queue Management System". - Me and Syaeeda started to discuss and share ideas regarding the System Objectives, Functionalities, and Significance of the upcoming project called Queue Management System (QMS).

 - Started working on developing the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) for the Project and Daily-Task Management System.  - Gathered example resources from the system analyst of our organization and referred to other online repositories to create the Data Flow Diagram.

 - Work from Home.

 - Started the day by attending the stand-up meeting with all the team members to discuss the task which has been performed by each member so far and to discuss the tasks that need to be done this week. - Worked on developing the Context Diagram for the SRS documentation of the Project and Daily-Task Management System and completed that successfully.
