23/11/2023 (Thursday) - Week 6

 - Drafted the flow of events and business function hierarchy of the Project and Daily-Task Management System. - Drafted the User Interface of the system and brainstormed a few ideas along with other team members about the login procedures and dashboard of the system to make it more user friendly.

22/11/2023 (Wednesday) - Week 6

 - Drafted the flow of events and System architecture along with other interns for the Project and Daily Task Management System. - Helped the team in the printing of the Task Ready Report documents of  License and Permit Management System (mylesen). - Arranged all the files in the correct order and then bound them accordingly.

 - Encik. Adib assigned me to help the team in the reconstruction of the Task Ready Report for the License and Permit Management System (mylesen) for the Majlis Perbandaran Klang. - The Standup meeting has been held for all the team members and the work progress of each member has been discussed in that meeting.

20/11/2023 (Monday) - Week 6

  - Encik. Adib instructed me to work on the Task Ready Report for License and Permit Management System (mylesen) for the Majlis Perbandaran Klang. -  Assigned me to add the real-time meeting pictures which have been taken during every meeting between the Stakeholders and Kodewave's Representatives.  - Successfully completed the task by adding specific pictures, according to the date mentioned in each file of the entire report. - The SUM meeting has been conducted for all the team members to discuss the tasks which have been performed last week and the new tasks assigned for the current week.

17/11/2023 (Friday) - Week 5

- Work from Home - Encik. Adib instructed all the team members to explore and test the working features of the new application for smart virtual office called "Sowork". - Created an account on this website, customized the avatar and explored the workspace. - Encik. Aidi sent me the verified and signed Project Proposal report of "Project and Daily-Task Management System", to submit to the University supervisor. - Successfully submitted the project proposal document and E-logbook Link to Dr. Sharhida Zawani via email.

16/11/2023 (Thursday) - Week 5

 -  Continued the progress on developing the format and Subtopics such as Introduction, Purpose of the System and Scope of the system, List of System Actors, for the System Requirement Specification Report (SRS) of Project and Daily-Task Management System. - Successfully Completed writing the contents for subtopics which has been assigned to me for the  development of SRS report.

15/11/2023 (Wednesday) - Week 5

- Started to work on the format and beginning stages of the System Requirement Specification (SRS) document such as Document Description, Review & Verification, Document Control and Table of Contents.  - Then Proceeded to work on the Subtopics such as Introduction, Purpose of the System and Scope of the system, List of System Actors

14/11/2023 (Tuesday) - Week 5

- Started the day by attending the SUM meeting. - The Task performed by each team member during the previous week has been discussed. - Started to work on the preparation of the System Requirement Specification (SRS) document along with other two interns for the Project and Daily-Task Management System. - Referred to a few examples of documents and templates in online, then discussed to decide the efficient format of the report. - Drafted a few points to add in the report writing of System Requirement Specification (SRS). - Divided the sub-topics among the three of us, to complete the work effectively.

10/11/2023 (Friday) - Week 4

 - Work from Home.  - Encik. Adib instructed me to readjust the alignment and font settings of the report according to the requirements of the client. - Reviewed and rechecked the whole document for any mistakes, then Submitted the document with Encik.Adib.

09/11/2023 (Thursday) - Week 4

 - I started working on writing content for Data Migration report of the Mylesen application. - After the successful migration of old data of the currently existing system into the newly developing application.   - The important topics which have been discussed in the report were, the objectives, significance, and scope of the data migration activity, migration implementation schedule, status of the migration, Challenges faced during the migration and so on. - Completed the content writing and shared the link of the report with Encik. Adib for review. 

08/11/2023 ( Wednesday) - Week 4

 - Started the day by attending the SUM meeting held by the CTO and  General Manager of Kodewave Sdn. Bhd. - The tasks and assignments performed by each individual in the previous week and the tasks they are going to work on the present week have been discussed. - Encik. Adib has assigned me to work on the development of a Data migration report on the license and Permit Management System for Majlis Perbandaran Klang.

07/11/2023 (Tuesday) - Week - 4

 - Reviewed and Checked the completed Project proposal report for any mistakes.  - Submitted the file to organization supervisor Encik. Aidi to get the approval and Signature. - Our company's System Analyst instructed me to study the user manual and working system of the newly developing application by Kodewave Sdn. bhd. which is a web-based License and permit management system (mylesen). - This mylesen system focuses on upgrading the existing License and Permit management system of MP Klang and making the interface and application more user-friendly.

06/11/2023 (Monday) - Week 4

-  I started my day by continuing the remaining work on the project proposal for the "Project Management and Daily Task System". - Collected required information and materials through online repository platforms for developing the contents of the proposal. - Studied further about the Agile approach of Methodology and Sprint Planning. - Completed the remaining topics about Project Planning, Methodology, Feasibility study, Tools, Cost Estimation, Gantt chart and Summary.

03/11/2023 (Friday) - Week 3

 - Work from Home. - Continued to work on my project proposal and completed a few topics such as Problem Statement, Objectives, Scope and Project Significance.

02/11/2023 (Thursday) - Week 3

 - Started to work on the project proposal for " Project and Daily Task Management System" - Brainstormed some ideas regarding the features that needed to be included in the system to make it unique and more efficient than other existing systems. - Drew a few draft ideas for the system interface. - Started to write the project proposal report and completed a few topics such as Introduction and Project Background.

01/11/2023 (Wednesday) - Week - 3

 - I had a meeting with my Supervisor Encik.Aidi about the confirmation of the topic for my Practicum project. - Encik. Aidi approved the project, which is a web-based application development for the "Project and Daily Task Management System". - I started to collect the required specifications to work on the proposal report of my project.
